The State of Ohio requires all vendors selling merchandise to pay sales tax and hold either a transient vendors license from the State of Ohio or a temporary vending permit from the county in which the sales are made, which is Licking County. Additional vending information and application packets will be posted for the Grateful Garcia Gathering soon!
